Asphacolor Integral Color for Hot Mix
- Mixing Temp: 275°F to 325°F (135°C to 163°C)
- Application: Direct batch or drum mix integration
- Color Load: 3% to 6% by weight of binder
- Recommended Aggregates: Light-colored for best chromatic output
Asphacolor Dry Sealant Mix
- Description: Dry color concentrate for asphalt emulsion seal coat that provides abrasion resistance, weather protection, and harmonious earthtone finishes.
- Mixing Ratio: 50 lb bag per 20–38 gallons of uncut asphalt emulsion, depending on emulsion type and color brightness.
- Water Addition: 25–30% of total mix volume; do not exceed recommended limits.
- Silica Sand: Add up to 10% of seal coat weight (1 lb per gallon), using 30 mesh silica for texture.
- Application: Spray, broom, squeegee, or seal coat machine. Surface must be dry and ≥ 50°F (10°C).
- Coverage: 30–80 ft² per gallon depending on porosity and texture. Two coats recommended on first application or highly porous surfaces.
- Dry Time: 2–18 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Cooler/shady areas take longer.
- Storage: Store dry material in sealed environment. Mixed product must be protected from freezing. Use agitators and abrasion-resistant pumps.
- Cleanup: Water for uncured material; petroleum naphtha, kerosene, or steam/degreaser for cured material.
- Warranty: Uniform manufacturing quality is guaranteed. Liability limited to refund of defective product portion.

- Appearance: Gloss finish (wet look)
- Dry Time: 1 hour (touch), 24 hours (traffic-ready)
- Application: Roller or low-pressure sprayer
- Recoat Time: After 24 hours (if needed)
