1. Prices are net F.O.B. Madera, California.

2. Discounts per lb.:

$0.05	1,250 lbs. -	2,499 lbs.
$0.10	2,500 lbs. -	3,749 lbs.
$0.15	3,750 lbs. -	4,999 lbs.
$0.20	5,000 lbs. -	and Up

3. Terms: Prices are prepaid on minimum orders and C.O.D. for larger orders until proper credit has been established.

4. All materials are packaged in 50 lb. bags Asphacolor.

5. Mixing - One bag mixes with approximately (20 to 38 gallons for Asphacolor of conventional UNCUT contractor grade asphalt emulsion seal coat with Carbon Black or without Carbon Black respectively. A 30% by volume of water should be added to the mix when using seal coat with carbon black and 25% when using seal coat without carbon black.

6. The final mix will cover approximately 30 to 80 square feet per gallon depending on the porosity and roughness of the surface to be covered. If the surface is extremely porous or extremely smooth, two applications are recommended. For first time applications two coats are also recommended.

7. Because of the variety of asphalt emulsion seal coating products presently available, it is not possible to specify an exact mixing formula for optimum use of Asphacolor Dry Mix with all seal coating products. Asphacolor Corporation will advise a mixing formula for Asphacolor Applicators.

WARRANTY:

These products are warranted to be of uniform quality within manufacturing tolerances. Since control is not exercised over their use, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the effects of such use. Seller and manufacturer's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding the purchase price of the portion of the material proven to be defective.
