NOTES:

1. Prices are net F.O.B. Madera, California.

2. Discounts: Discounts are given for orders in excess of 45,000 lbs.

3. Terms: Prices are prepaid on minimum orders and C.O.D. for larger orders until proper credit has been established.

4. All materials are packaged in 50 lb. and 40 lb. bags.

5. Mixing - One 50 Lb. bag (Brick Red & Sequoia Brown) & Two 40 Lb. bags (Autumn & Adobe) mixes with approximately 1 ton of asphalt concrete hot.

6. It is recommended that Asphacolor Integral Color for Hot Mix, when mixed with hot asphalt, be installed in at least one inch layers. One ton of mixed product based on (1/2 inch max. med. mix or 12.5 mm) should yield approximately 160 square feet of one-inch thickness.

7. Because of the variety of asphalt mix designs in different areas of the country it is not possible to specify an exact mixing formula for optimum use of Asphacolor Integral Color for Hot Mix. Asphacolor will advise a mixing formula upon correspondence from the hot mix plant.

WARRANTY:

Asphacolor Integral Color for Hot Mix is warranted to be of uniform quality within manufacturing tolerances. Since control is not exercised over its use, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the effects of such use. Seller and manufacturer's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding the purchase price of the portion of the material proven to be defective.
